For the United Alliance of Timeline Prime, there exists a heartbeat. That heartbeat lies surrounded by a wasteland once ravaged by unkempt war. It holds several residential and commercial districts, all prosperous and populated. Glittering buildings several stories high reach up to the pristine Traveler above, the sun’s rays and clouds dotting the skyscape. People from all corners of the galaxy and the universe congregate in the streets, turning the last bastion into an intergalactic foot traffic hub. It was known years ago as the Last City. Now, it is the First.
Two years after the war’s end did little to hinder its growth. It accelerated, in fact. The walls have expanded several times to encapsulate more land. The government has developed multiple agencies, some for future fights and others to extend olive branches.
It is bright, gleaming, and a vision of the future. Eli really hates it.

Summary
Fox is back on the move, and he's more dangerous than ever. The entire Alliance both runs on high alert and tries desperately to recover after his last attack on all major cities. Rowan must prepare for what seems to be the inevitable as the prophecy of the final battle looms overhead. However, the past may hold the key to a rescue that seems like a dim hope. Regardless if it bears fruit or not, the final battle must commence.
Season 10 will be split into two halves; the first is a standard eight episodes, released periodically over the rest of December and early January. The Alliance-Umbra War is finally over. After two long years of fighting, all parties involved have finally ceased their attacks. Now, the people of the Last City, ones who have always faced attacks and war, turn to a new idea: learning how to live peacefully in a radically altered society.
But there are too many loose threads for the story to be totally over. For one, the Mother Elf has been sealed again, with its new heir vanishing from sight. And the Shadow Incarnate was not killed. The reins just happened to shift to a new holder. Not to mention, there are still a few more black pawns on the chessboard. They just haven't been played until now.

And with barely any time for some to recover, the elite Blade of Marmora is called out to finally figure out what has happened to the Dreaming City since the absence of both the Young Wolf and the Regent-Commander Petra Venj.
