Sometimes one event changes everything. It started as just another princess-napping and ended with everything crashing down. In the aftermath, when the dust clears, all that's left is an odd sense of kinship. Luigi never dreamed he'd end up another parent figure for any of the Koopa King's sizeable brood, but by the time he realizes that's what's happening, it's too late to turn back. But does he even want to? The closer he gets to Bowser's kids, the fonder his opinion of the King becomes. Jin “Jiji” Enjoji is a funny guy, really - a very, very fun guy to be around. Ask anyone you know, and they will probably say, “Oh, yeah, that guy? Funniest guy I’ve ever met.” And then they’d probably laugh and recite some odd story of a funny face he made or a poorly timed joke that had everyone doing the ol’ knee slap and cackle. “He’s fun to be around!” Some would say. “I’m sure all the ladies love his sense of humor!” Others would call out. And they’d all surround him with smiles and pats on his back, laughing with him.
But mainly laughing at him.
Well, all except the one and only Ken Takakura.
Or, in which Jiji is deluded that he needs people to like his funny side for people to want to be around him, and when Okarun refuses to laugh at anything Jiji says, well, let's say... he starts to freak out.

“Uh... Luigi.” The human shuddered unsure if it was more from fear or how intense the other’s gaze was.
“Not sure if you know who I am, but I'm about to marry a princess and-” The ruler purred menacingly, he put a claw finger under Luigi’s jaw to lift his head. The King’s scales were warm on his skin, crystal blue eyes locked with ruby ones as time slowed. The ruler’s focus shifted, for only a second, and noticed a mark on his scales that had not previously been there before. It was small on his right arm, a single primrose and a marigold in full bloom.

The Super Mario Brothers: Mario and Luigi stumble into the Mushroom Kingdom and the Koopa Kingdom, respectively. Luigi unintentionally halts the Koopa King from his attack on the Kingdom of Snows, and from getting the Super Star.
In this world soulmates are very much a real thing, revealed upon skin-to-skin, or in this case, skin-to-scale contact. The soulmate mark is a living, breathing embodiment of the pair's bond. What lengths will the Fearsome ruler of the Badlands go to rid himself of this mark which is clearly a mistake because he only has eyes for Princess Peach?- Language:

Izuku was orphaned when he was 4 after his family was caught in a villain attack and both of his parents got killed by a hero during that vilain's rampage. Then he was put in an orphanage where he met Shinsou Hitoshi.
Later, he was adopted by Midnight and he gains a mother, a "soon-to-be-his-adopted father", two protective uncles and an adopted uncle who is the same age as him. He also grew up to be exact copy of her (well, not exactly but close enough).
Can his new family help him change his mind about heroes? Join his pursuit of becoming a Hero using his Chlorokinesis and a band of guys who fell head over heels over him.Basically I watched Batman & Robin and got inspired from Poison Ivy.
Izuku will be flirty and his quirk is inspired by her.
