Inho's whole body felt numb. Nothing mattered more than Gihun. He's never cared for someone as much since his wife. It felt like he was cursed or something. Everything he ever loved and held dear to would fade away.
He felt like he got the wind punched out of him when he finally set eyes on Gihun's body. Inho dropped to his knees , tears running free with the sight of Gihun's bloodied body.
Inho couldn't help himself but grab Gihun's body and he relishes in the warmth it still has.
Then... suddenly he feels a pulse. His eyes widened in shock. No, it can't be. I must be imagining it right, right?
Inho hurriedly checks Gihun's pulse and oh my god. He feels one , a faint one at that but he feels it.
Gihun's alive.
