Summary
Who would’ve thought the way of Tao in Shinsekyo is apparently powerful enough that it can transcend even space and time? Nobody, not even Toma. Imagine his surprise when, on the brink of his death after protecting his brother from the deadly attack of one nasty monster, he met an old man who complained about how his ‘goddess of a mother’ is also addicted with the Elixir of Life and asked him to help his world in exchange of one wish to happen in this one.
Upon knowing the old man’s plan is foolproof (turns out he’s not as gullible as Toma wished him to be), Toma decided to let go of his life, wished for his brother to have a comfortable, luxurious, happy, and long life, then check out this ‘other world’ the old man asked him to help with. After all, what would be worse than human-eating monsters and evil gods?
A lot, apparently, clan politics and conspirational government, for example. He just needs to suck it up and do his mission as the old man intended. And if he picked up a certain two-faced blonde in the meantime, what could he say? He never fails to gather strays whenever he is (even though the so-called blonde stray is actually the most dangerous shinobi in Konoha–not like he understands it).

Summary
Shen Jiu never regrets, not when his former disciple destroyed the place he called home, not even when the same person burned his limbs one by one before he tore down his meridian, ruining his hard-earned cultivation to crisp. Yet, it was when he finally saw the fragile shards of Xuan Su—proof of his dearest shixiong's demise despite all the warnings he gave, Shen Jiu fell into despair and felt what it means to regret.
He woke up in a body far smaller than before in a place long forgotten inside his memory. Here, there was no Shen Qingqiu nor the familiar but shackling bamboo forest. Here, there was only Shen Jiu, dirty beggar Shen Jiu with his beggar companion Qi ge. Shen Jiu didn't know if this was a blessing for a new beginning or another cycle of hell. In any case, he'd try his best to survive like usual and to live with no regrets like he had always wanted to do.
Or, in which Shen Jiu passed six cycles of hell in his past life and was granted a second chance in life.

"Apparently" is pretty dubious because Obito was not exactly born but more like spat out of death's stomach with absolutely no idea of what to do next.
