When Te Fiti blooms again after the return of her heart, unbeknownst to everyone, those blooms include spores of Flower Sickness, and Moana carries the infection within her until her heart decides who she can't live without.

Nandor’s throat felt very thick, almost constricted. He attempted to clear it, but only succeeded in making a pathetic, strangled noise. His mind was reeling. What would Guillermo think, if- when he woke up? Would he be angry? Would he feel violated? Would Nandor even be physically able to perform under these conditions?
What if it did not work?
He closed his eyes for a few seconds. All of these concerns would have to wait. Guillermo could not.
He nodded. “I will do it”, he said quietly.

Out of all the tears shed and the chaos that came with returning to a seemingly normal life after the documentary finished, one silver lining emerged: Guillermo de la Cruz finally had the chance to confess his feelings to the man he'd yearned for over the past sixteen years.
Luckily for him, the vampire had suddenly decided to follow Guillermo around anywhere he went, queuing behind him like a child. At first he thought he was imagining things, a wishful delusion. He quickly realized that wasn't the case.

Guillermo isn’t sure how much more obvious he needs to be to Nandor. Though with the vampire, apparently a whole lot more. When he asked why Nandor felt sad about the documentary ending he was hoping he’d get the answer he’s been waiting for. For years now there was no denying the feelings he had for Nandor. No matter how many times he leaves, he will always be back and it will always be for his stupid master.

Guillermo kisses Nandor gently on the mouth. Nandor doesn’t react at first. Guillermo’s hands grip his forearms, then come up to hold his face. He runs his tongue gently across the vampire’s lips. He tastes coppery and perfect. Then Guillermo pulls back, eyes a little wide with his own daring.
“That’s what I wanted to do away from the crew,” he says, mouth quirking up slightly, a little self-satisfied that he’d finally done it. Nandor stares at him, brow furrowed. “And I thought, maybe, you wanted—“
“You thought I would want this from you?” Nandor growls. “If I wanted you, Guillermo, I would have had you.”
