In case of accidental performance of miracles, there are a number of ways in which undercover gods may escape questioning by suspicious mortals. If you were to confront Venti, the Bard, for example, he might have this to say:

5) Everything in combinationAn unknown beast is at large in Mondstadt. Confronted with an understaffed Knights of Favonius, Venti offers his assistance to a frazzled Jean, who is concerned for the safety of Mondstadt’s young, adventurous, and free-spirited allogenes.

Venti is always the one to comfort others, always offers a shoulder to cry on and always tries to cheer others up with some rhymes and music. But recently, he finds himself taken away by short periods of sleep more often than ever, and in those moments, unknown to him, his friends worry and would do anything to see him bounce back to his bubbly self.

a Venti hurt/comfort fic to fill in the gaps, where I take the canon fact of him falling asleep for undetermined periods of time and run away with it, modifying it as I see fit. Not a single soul recognises the bard who wanders through the front gates one day. Mondstadt is nothing if not welcoming to all who visit, suspicious or strange, weird or wonderful. He is clearly young, and, though a nuisance, entirely harmless. By mid-afternoon, the boy will have eaten. The owners of the taverns and bakeries do not let him go hungry. They don’t ask for payment, and Venti rarely offers. He thanks them with a song or a story, and everybody ends up satisfied. He doesn’t seem to want for anything, and if he did, the Church would provide it. That is how it is in Mondstadt.
