Summary
Mizuki was going to get Ena together with the person she loved.
Mizuki, having gotten hanahaki for the second time, is running out of options. Having no bravery to confess, nor able to get the surgery for the second time, they decided to spend the last few weeks they have making their death easier for everyone else. This includes the person they have fallen for.
Ena was in love, and Mizuki was going to see to that she was happy with them, even if it was the last thing they did
- OR -
Mizuki isn't handling their hanahaki well (anxiety is a bitch to deal with) and they cope in some of the worst possible ways. With good intentions at least.
