Summary
Theodora von Valancius is dead, leaving the Warrant of Trade and the fate of the von Valancius Trade Dynasty in the hands of her last known heir - Commissar Prisca von Valancius. Navigating the horrors lurking within the Koronus Expanse, Prisca now must lead her Dynasty through a new age as the Enemies of Man and the ghosts of her past threaten to unravel the entire sector.
The life of a Commissar is a lonely one, but a twist of fate on a doomed world brings Prisca into the orbit of one Inquisitor van Calox, and the two form an almost immediate bond. Will these weapons of the God Emperor's Will be able to withstand the horrors lurking within the Koronus Expanse? Or will they burn out and fade away like many stars throughout the Void?

Isha awakes after horrifying nightmares to sever old threads. Plans are made as Heinrix and Isha discover a lingering effect of her ailing health. Gallows humour abounds, but comfort can be found even in the most minuscule of gestures.

“Isha, what was the Aeldari doing here?”
“We had a chat,” she offered. “She requested to join us on our journey—”
And explained a curiosity about my nickname you failed to mention, Heinrix, she wished to say. Instead, she kept her observation to herself. It wasn’t the right moment to confront him with the news, not when he was already in a foul mood.
“And let me guess, you agreed?”
She shrugged, and the scarf swished against her collarbone.
“I will keep the xenos under close watch, then. You can’t allow it to roam the ship as it pleases—”
“She has a name, Heinrix. It’s Yrliet. Why don’t you use it from now on?”
A profanity as harsh as a record scratch answered her suggestion. Even without the elucidator nearby, she grasped the meaning well enough to stifle a chuckle behind her fist.
“What’s next? Do you want me to invite the Drukhari for dinner?”
“Naturally.”

Summary
In the grim darkness of the far future, personal connections provide a fragile sanctuary against the terrors of the galaxy.
Lavinia, a voidborn sanctioned psyker whose past was erased by loss and sacrifice, is the sole heir to Rogue Trader Theodora von Valancius. Amidst the unrelenting vastness of the void, she crosses paths with the Ordo Xenos Interrogator Heinrix van Calox—a man bound, like her, to the curse of the warp. Drawn to each other by their shared burdens, their lives spiral into each other’s orbit, inescapably and irrevocably entwined.
Heinrix and the Rogue Trader acknowledge their feelings sooner and fully commit to their relationship after Commorragh, which changes the course of the story a little bit. Henrix goes full merciful, putting him at odds with his duty to the Holy Inquisition.
Lavinia von Valancius background is Voidborn, Sanctioned Psyker (Telekinesis), Illustrious Glory and Shadow of Torment, playing an Iconoclast run. Most of the chapters will be focused on Heinrix POV, though.

Summary
The story follows psyker Venria von Valancius on her journey of coming to terms with her past and present - from a life of fear and sorrow to suddenly being named a Rogue Trader and new head of the von Valancius dynasty, while dealing with all the problems and threats she seemed to have inherited from her predecessor.

I also add artwork directly to the end of the corresponding chapters.-> While this story follows the events of the game and stays mostly close to canon, it unfolds often only between the game's quests. Expect a lot of Heinrix/Venria interaction as this is a dialog-heavy story with a focus on Venria and her developing relationship with Heinrix van Calox.

Summary
Runa von Valancius is the latest Lord Captain at the end of a long line of Rogue Traders representing House von Valancius. Unceremoniously thrust into the impossible responsibility of leading the infamous dynasty, the former leader of an outlaw gang of smugglers almost has her work cut out for her. Pressing forward into her new life, the friendly, affable voidborn woman tries her hardest to leave behind the scars of a very turbulent past, learning to balance the horrors alongside the endless bureaucracy of her new responsibilities. Just as she starts to believe that she's making progress, she's abducted and almost dies in the pits of Commorragh, finding unexpected solace in the arms of her Interrogator — who is fighting his own struggle between his enormous, immutable duty to the Golden Throne, and his emergent affections for Runa.
Cue obligations of duty, moral dilemmas, PTSD nightmares, banter, and sex.
Post-Commorragh, sometimes canon, mostly not. Inspired by the spectacular writing of this excellent game.
