Summary
The Marauders were one of the worlds biggest bands but after an argument in the studio, Regulus Black, the bands lead singer and guitarist, was killed in a car accident during the bands peak.
Not wanting to upset the fans or end their career, the band are left with no choice but to find a replacement.

Summary
Remus knew that this day would come eventually. He remembered enough of his childhood to know how unavoidable it was. But Teddy had only just started primary school and Remus had hoped that he had at least another year before any of these kinds of homeworks cropped up.
He couldn’t even remember being given homework before reaching year 1 and now the kids these days were expected to make their own erupting volcano on their own at the age of five when they had only been at school for half a year. The teachers weren't even hiding the fact that these kinds of things were made for the parents anymore.
Remus knew the day would come eventually, but he really hoped it wouldn’t be so last minute. Unfortunately, his son happened to be as much of a procrastinator as he was and only remembered to tell his dad about the volcanos after the teacher had brought it up during handover the day before the project was due.

It was the 5th of November 1981, and Remus hadn't left his room in five days.
Well, his room was a stretch. It wasn’t his room, it was the spare bedroom in the flat that used to belong to James before he moved out. The room now was nothing more than a guest bedroom, all that once belonged to James was now gone and you could hardly tell that he had ever lived there at all. That’s the main reason why Remus decided to camp out there rather than his own room; his shared room with Sirius.
It had been just under a week since it happened and three days since Remus found out.
He hadn’t left his room since.
