The year is 1185. The Black Eagle Strike Force has won the war. And Annette has missed the whole thing. She's been abducted by Those Who Slither in the Dark, forced to bear a second Crest, and returned to a life that is completely foreign. Edelgard believes that she will be key in bringing down Shambhala, but Annette only wants to memorialize the remnants of her previous life that she can hold onto. Her body is weak, her mind is haunted by memories of a past she is not allowed to remember, and her new abilities frighten her. With what support she can find, she navigates her new broken life determined to do what she has always done: Her best.
