Summary
"I'm looking for a book that I don't know the title of. It should be a book about British history and contain information on-" Danny hesitated briefly, hoping their sense was working correctly and this was, in fact, a wizard. "-on Lily and James Potter."
And there it was. The widening of eyes, the stiffening of muscles and then, right after, the squint of suspicion. "I'm afraid I don't recognize those names, but the history section is back by the left of the entrance, the last couple rows."
"Are you sure?" Danny stepped closer to make sure they wouldn't be overheard by any No-Majes. "I thought the Potters were quite famous in the wizarding community."
_
Danny is tired of wandering around aimlessly, hunting ghosts with no real goal in sight. When they find out there's more to those wizards they've been running into at every corner, their life takes a drastic turn. It might be up to a bunch of teenagers to figure out if everything changes for better or for worse.

Summary
Like with any kind of magic, the miraculous demand a price be paid.
"It's my fault," Adrien says, miserably, painfully. "I can't do anything right. I'm not a hero, I just fuck things up for everyone."
Ladybug shakes her head and the determination with which she stares at him grabs onto his heart and holds it close. "You're wrong. You're the best person I know. Paris needs you - I need you."
"Paris doesn't need me, it needs Ladybug."
Her hand touches his face and wipes away tears. "Ladybug is nothing without Chat Noir."
It's a gradual thing and the mend to break ratio tips ever so slowly.
(The side effects of the miraculous burrow a little deeper than expected.)

Summary
There wasn't much about him, really. He was the kind of person that was so lame that they tried too hard to be cool. Skulker was the kind of person that was just cool without trying at all.
Technus didn't know when they had started hanging out or how, but he still wasn't sure how much longer Skulker would want this. Neither was he sure how many more ornaments fit on this tree.
Was this an appropriate amount yet? Probably. Maybe. Hopefully.

_"I don't want mami to make it snow," he says, curled up on his tía's lap, staring out of the window and seeing the tiny white specks float down from the sky.
"You don't like snow?" asks his tía and Camilo wants to be angry at her for even asking that question.
"Of course not," he tells her, because it should be obvious. "I don't like when mami is sad."
_Camilo just wants to make people happy, wants them to feel warm. But how can he melt snow, when he's buried in it?

Summary
His mami used to say he spent too much time in front of mirrors - practicing his shapes, trying to change details and making sure his performances were flawless.
More often than not he was someone else, turning into whoever people needed him to. And whenever he wasn't needed as someone else, people expected him to be the real Camilo and if he could pretend to be scary tío Bruno then he could pretend to be the real Camilo.
(Pretend to be himself? Um. He'll unpack that later.)

Summary
But then Danny found himself saying that "It was never the stars," and Tucker didn't answer, just waited for him to explain. "Tuck? When you where little, have you ever looked up at the sky and wondered where the stars go by day when you can still see the moon?"
They trudged through the forest, their progress agonizingly slow, the air still around them.
"I guess," Tucker said, strangely quiet. Everything was strangely quiet. (Everything was strange.) "What about it?"

"HUMAN? ARE YOU CRYING?"
Frisk wanted to say no, but realized he was right when they lifted a hand to their face and disrupted a pair of fresh tear tracks that covered their cheeks. Something stirred in their memory, a scene from another time, a moment that didn't exist. Not anymore. And now it never would, no matter how often the nightmares made Frisk remember the rush of resetting. The pain that followed always had them crashing to the ground.
"I didn't do it," they breathed, face buried in Papyrus' chest. "I didn't do it."
They didn't see Papyrus eyes blinking in confusion. "DIDN'T DO WHAT?"

Summary
“So, what’s up? Anything I can help with? Or are you just here for some quality sibling time?”
Her fingers played with an annoying fold on the sheets and her voice was strained when she spoke up, “I kind of need to talk to you.”
Despite having expected something to be up by now, he felt his expression shift into one of surprise, though he fought to keep it as friendly as possible. They may be inseparable already and he knew his sister trusted him as he trusted her, but this new family dynamic was still relatively foreign to all of them. Considering their youngest addition’s backstory, Danny wanted there to be no hints of hostility at all. “Alright, what do you want to talk about?”
(Sometimes, change is good, even if it seems scary at first.)
