Ghost had always known that the Na’vi were big. It was perhaps the greatest point of intrigue for their species to those who knew little more than side-by-side comparisons. The Na’vi were massive in theory…but it was an entirely different topic to tackle when one was staring directly at where Ghost lay in hiding.

Ghost came to Pandora to die amongst unseen stars. He didn't care for his Avatar body - the body Tommy was meant to pilot before he died - he just wanted rest.
Unfortunately, after his transport crashes on the surface of Pandora leaving him stranded, he's forced into wars he swore off when he left active combat. The Na'vi are brutal, but they are not unkind as they pick up the broken pieces of him and remind Ghost...His heart is warm so long as it is beating.

Summary
And what is it like to hold someone, when you know that they could just as easily shatter you in their grip like porcelain? The thought makes him shudder. But there is a softness in being able to submit to this vulnerability, to trust in its purest form, to showing your wounds despite the scars marring your body. There is something freeing in that idea. Heisenberg does not know if he finds it beautiful or terrifying.

The Duke offers Ethan a more peaceful, slightly less murderous alternative to getting Rose back, gaining Ethan a new family that he didn't really want. Not that he's complaining all that much. His biggest issue now is having to unravel whatever these feelings Heisenberg has saddled him with really are. But surely that won't disrupt his new life all that much. He hopes.
This is the everybody lives AU I've wanted ever since I saw the Lords' first intro scene. Is it entirely to fill my need for more dysfunctional forced-family-to-found-family with a lot of Wintersberg on top? Yes.

A group of bounty hunters, STARS is known for being the best damn wranglers in the west. Chris' sharpshooting, Jill's cleverness, and Barry's tracking know-how, all wrapped up beneath Wesker's leadership, make them the ideal team for hunting down criminals and cashing in the ransoms. So when they get wind of a sludge-like monster ravaging the country side, they decide to go after it.
But looking at Ethan, all Wesker has are dollar signs in his eyes. And Chris is even worse- all Chris has in his eyes are stars.

Ethan takes the deal, although with a few ultimatums of his own. After the chaos and the blast Ethan is now left with a new life, dead to the world along with Rose and struggling to make life and sanity work.
Heisenberg realises he has much more to learn before stepping out into the modern world, a task he puts in a reluctant Ethan's hands. Doesn't help that the American just keeps getting more and more interesting.
Trust is a rare commodity but one they must learn to share as one becomes more monster and the other more human.

Atsumu has always been weak to Kita (a sentiment shared by his brother and Sunarin). It doesn’t help when he owes his career to the man who practically held his hand through the marine biology degree, as he couldn't even tell salmon and tuna apart unless they were presented to him as sashimi.
So when Kita makes a fateful phone call and ropes their trio into a mission whereby they have to stop a monster from terrorising a local lake, Atsumu expects an overgrown fish. A fish with hands, if that makes it any better. Certainly not the creature thought to only exist in tragic fairy tales and the fantasies of touch-starved sailors who find solace in sea cows.
Good thing the creature doesn’t seem to mind Atsumu too much—Osamu not finding his dead body at the bottom of the lake is an encouraging start.
Everything’s peachy, he guesses. Except that falling for his new acquaintance has never been on Atsumu's agenda.
Things become complicated when your love interest has an entirely distinct set of limbs from hips down, makes noises that only Aquaman can understand, and considers offering regurgitated fish to be the pinnacle of romance.

The Coastal Laboratory for Abnormal Wildlife Studies has found themselves in possession of a live, captive, and dangerous siren—something previously unheard of in the scientific community. Doc, one of their top researchers, is assigned leadership of the study on Specimen 9201223, later nicknamed ‘Martyn’.
Over the course of the project’s run, he and the siren develop an intense rivalry that eventually mellows into a far more complex relationship, as Doc discovers that Martyn is far more human than they’d initially assumed.
Unfortunately, the rest of the organization does not have the siren’s best interests at heart. As Doc grows closer to Martyn, he finds himself forced into increasingly-risky decisions in the name of protecting him, trying to prove his humanity to people who only see a monster.
