Original mid-century tile plus a sunroom minus a father figure equaled what, exactly? It was a shitty equation and she had always been abysmal at mathematics.
Rey Kenobi, scrappy orphan come illustrator, has inherited the former mountain retreat of her dearest friend and mentor, fame sci-fi author, Luke Skywalker. While settling in to her new home and trying her hardest not to fall apart under her grief, a massive stranger breaks into her house. Except this stranger has a key and Rey thinks he looks a lot like the little boy whose pictures sit in the bottom of Luke's closet.
