    MacCready is able to connect the dots and realizes that Deacon has not one, not two, but many bounties out on him through the Gunners. He needs the caps to cure his son, and the clock is ticking, so although he hates working for the Gunners, he'll just catch this one last bounty. Then he'll be able to get through Med-tek, get the cure, and heal his son. Just one more bounty.

    Deacon manages to find the singular Gunner with the brain capacity to connect him to his current bounties, and has to avoid getting caught or killed, because who knows what would happen if anybody got their hands on him? Although he would like this Gunner to get his hands on Deacon. Cough cough.

    The stark, black wig. The sunglasses at night. The broad grin, the pearly white teeth. The tiny, imperceptible incision scars around his nose and ears. Everything about him screamed liar. Deacon was less of a man and more of an image of one; a photorealistic painting, one that you reach out towards expecting to grab something real, something tangible, and your fingers only brush flat canvas.
