Summary
From this distance, with his back towards her, she can’t even see him breathe. Can’t see if he’s clenching his jaw in an effort to hold back emotion, can’t see if he tightens his grip on the console as if to prevent the news from bowling him over entirely. He’s impossible to read. The green tint of the rotor gives him an eerie coloring, and she’s suddenly hit by the fact that she doesn’t know this man, not right now, not at all.
My take on the post-GITF trope, because it had to happen eventually.

Post-Reveal: Lucifer's fearful about Chloe's reaction and keeps running away, going so far as to speak Russian whenever he wants to say something meaningful to her. He refuses to acknowledge that he's avoiding her, so Chloe decides to just learn the language herself. She really just wants her best friend back.
