DESERVES TO BE A LONGER FANFIC ok but that aside:
Lan wangji was sent as a sacrifice in a plot to kill the yiling patriarch, not knowing that the ylp is his beloved wei ying. Lots of angst, i’ll be imagining this as a full fledged fic for aeons, its left p open ended which kinda both leaves me in more agony bc i want to know what happened in the past and future, but is also convenient for imagining what the full fic would be like

A beautifully written “lost and found” fic, it gave me a lot of anxiety wondering how wwx got himself into trouble both bc i dont take embarrassment very well and because in the canon story he murdered ppl so a healthy dose of fear was allowed. It resolves only how a fanfic can resolve, as in, the love story was a little rushed but it is more than forgivable both bc wangxian knew and loved each other since they were teens and bc this is the wonderful world of fiction. The breaks in the story are well placed, the setting is vague but believable, and the characters are well written.

After losing his memory, lan wangji falls in love with wei wuxian all over again. This fic is sweet, soft, a little aching, and well put together. I would have loved to read this if it was longer tbh, but this shorter version is still absolutely wonderful and brings me some nostalgia thinking about how lan wangji does fall easily for wei wuxian exclusively as he did on that first meeting under the moonlight.

A beautiful fic that addresses Wei WuXian’s childhood. It is rare for me to see a fic like this that not only turns Wei WuXian into a kid, but is also from Lan SiZhui’s POV. It was beautifully done, 10/10. Lan JingYi taught a 6yr old how to say “fuck” it was hilarious.
This fic is both heart wrenching and heartwarming, and deserves everyone’s attention -

I was a little hesitant at first because of how similar the beginning is to canon, but by the time the actual wedding day came I was hooked. Does wwx know he has THE IDEAL ARRANGED MARRIAGE?? yes he does and he loves his husband very much but WOW MY HEART. The forehead ribbon thing through the whole fic???? Beautiful. Honestly i could have read chapter upon chapter upon chapter of this fic, it’s so good. Just going from strangers to lovers was oof. So good. When lwj said he knew wwx didn’t choose the marriage but lwj wanted to make wwx happy anyway??? I legit put my phone down and had a mini break down over how good and sweet that was like DAMN thats goals right there.
This entire fic has really just been an absolute joy to read. I will definitely reread it SEVERAL times -

I read this whole thing in pretty much one go and WOW i have a headache from staring at my screen for so long but this was such a good fic. Good rising action, good climax, love the resolution. Characters are portrayed well and the jokes made me laugh and wow wwx still embarrasses the HECK out of me
Basically i loved it and 10/10 every mdzs fan should read it
