Alex turns to him, “vodka for you Shane?”
Ilya answers before Shane can open his mouth. “Ginger ale for Hollander, his body is the temple.”
Shane snorts out a laugh and rolls his eyes. “You mean my body is a temple.”
“Yes. That. No vodka in his body temple. Canada’s good boy. Good temple.”
Henry and Alex crack up laughing and Ilya looks between everyone, smiling, looking proud of himself for making everyone so happy.
Shane looks at him adoringly. He’s so gone for this man.
“Prince man?” Ilya acts out taking a shot to Henry.
“Oh. No vodka for me, I, uh um…”
Percy chooses that exact moment to walk by, making his way to the dance floor with Nora under one arm and June under the other. “No vodka for Henry, it makes him slutty!” Percy looks back and winks at Henry. Henry goes beet red and buries his head in his hands.
Alex looks elated. He says with far too much glee in his voice, “one large bottle of vodka for Henry, coming right up!”

This time, Dunk leans low to knock his skull against loose teeth. The pain makes Aerion yelp and quiet, like a dog being kicked for the first time. The pulse under Duncan’s thumb kicks, hard. “If he dies,” Dunk promises, “I will have your head for his honour.”
A tight nod. Appeasement. Good. “You’ve made your— your point. Unhand me,” Aerion says again, almost a plea.
“I could have killed you,” Dunk says. Should have. “You will sleep tonight in debt.”

Summary
He takes his time changing. Slow, steady, his hands are calming down. Doesn’t feel as much like he’ll shake apart at the seams, like the sutures lines of his skull aren’t about to disconnect. He thinks it might be some sort of shock, because he knows it is unethical, the way Dr. Robby (Dr. Abbot), treats him, and he thinks that something is going to get worse in that car, on that ride, but he can’t say anything. It’d be at least moderately hypocritical, because it isn’t like he’s entirely uninterested, and it’s not like he’s said anything, or asked him to stop, and there’s the large factor of them being in charge of him. Dennis’ word versus theirs.
