Summary
After four years since the akuma attacks first started, Marinette has had enough. She’s alone and unwilling to continue this path anymore. She’s haunted by screams of those who were murdered, including her best friend all those years ago.
The League find out about the attacks and decide to help from the shadows. When they are convinced they find their villain, the bats are sent to help Ladybug and her team defeat them. Damian misses his childhood best friend and instantly recognised her as the spotted heroine.
Lila wanted nothing more than fame and power. She managed to wrap her previous school around her finger, who’s to say Collége Françoise Dupont is any different? Except it is because a certain bluenette attends it.
Recounting the happy memories they shared, Gabriel is determined to bring back his wife at all costs, even if it meant losing his true self entirely.
At first, being a superhero was his greatest blessing, a chance of freedom from his prison called ‘life’. But sometimes, freedom means responsibility. Adrien doesn’t want responsibility.

Summary
Taking the “high road” only means there’s further to fall once things crash and burn. Lila’s lies get out of hand and Rose is the unfortunate victim of her manipulations, resulting in an akuma called Witch Hunter, who is quite set on purging Lila’s evil once and for all.
Marinette had wanted Lila to be revealed for the liar she was, but not like this. Now she has to protect her enemy from a city of outraged (if not justified) people. But it seems that everything is conspiring against Marinette and the temptation to simply let Lila face the consequences of her actions is only growing.

However, with time and kindness comes expectation, and it can be easy to miss just how much good she does or overlook what she's accomplished, especially with the current conflict regarding Lila. But no matter what happens, people can take solace in the fact that she'll still be there.
At least until there's a battle against an akuma with the power to erase people and Ladybug is hit.
Fortunately, Ladybug remains standing tall and ever present.
But the "Everyday Ladybug" isn't.

Felix straightened up, ready to defend his impregnability with renewed vigor. “Class rep has no power over me.” He declared, mentally trying to use the dignity of all generations of his family to put pressure on his classmates. “Therefore, if you think that she can force me to play a role that I don’t want to play, you are very mistaken.”
“Class rep may not have any power over you, grumpy boy,” Alix teased, joining the semi-circle of classmates that began to cluster around Felix like an amphitheater.
