Sometimes changes in life are gradual in a way that makes it impossible to notice them unless you compare your present with your past, the shift from one point to another so subtle you cannot tell what caused it. Then there are events so powerful that they change your life irreversibly, incidents that turn your world upside down and change how you view yourself and everything around you.
For Shouto, Midoriya was the cause for both – a power so strong it had changed the trajectory of his whole life, and an influence so subtle he couldn't tell what was the exact moment his feelings changed from like to something more than that.

Summary
As the student counselor of Namimori high school, Takayama Suguru met many students with different problems. This included those with learning and studying problems, but also some students with behavior problems and delinquent tendencies. For countless of times he had achieved his goals and had managed to help those poor students in need of help. Because of that and the fact Takayama sometimes acted as a therapist for his students, he liked to consider himself multitalented. There had been only couple of times a student had declined his offer and Takayama still refused to let those few handle their problems alone.
However, among all of the students he had met, Sawada Tsunayoshi seemed to serve as a whole new challenge.
OR: Tsuna and his friends have started their studies in Namimori High School, and have, despite trying to keep a low profile, accidentally gained the attention of the local school counselor.

Izuku steps towards the other teen, holding his hand out to shake, “I’m Midoriya Izuku by the way. We haven’t officially met yet, right? I don’t remember seeing you at the Entrance Exam?”
The blue-haired boy pauses, studies his hand uncertainly before shrugging. “Shirakumo Oboro,” he introduces in return, hand phasing right through Izuku’s when he goes to return the handshake. Shirakumo doesn’t seem surprised by it, but Izuku whips his hand back when the intense chill climbs up his arm.

Izuku tries to pretend eveything is okay even though his homelife is crumbling around him, there's an insanely powerful Quirk that's not entirely his coursing through his veins, he suddenly knows his childhood hero, All Might, and to top it all off, he seems to have befriend a pastel blue-haired ghost that has way too much insider knowledge on Izuku's new homeroom teacher, and English teacher. He's really just trying to survive Yuuei...

The brighter the light, the darker the shadows. And in a super-powered society, those shadows are dark indeed. But whilst the world desperately trained more and more heroes, making that light brighter and brighter, the prestigious hero school, UA, had another idea. Why not tackle the problem at its source?
And so was born the infamous class 1-A. Would-be criminals from all over the country were selected, and a group of twenty now roam the halls of the school, alongside the heroes of the next generation.
Last year, the entirety of Mr Aizawa’s class A graduated. But this year was different. No, he didn’t believe they would all graduate back into society like the classes before them. He believed they could become something bigger. That was why, with gritted teeth and a manic smile, Eraser Head turned to his new class of students and said:
"You aren't villains - you never were, and you never will be. But you can take that fire inside of you and put it to good use. We're in a hero school, aren't we? Well then...
"Let's be heroes."

Despite being the new Symbol of Peace, Deku was occasionally requested for the rare undercover mission. The idea of going undercover sounded fun, but these missions often exposed him to the worst of humanity. When Tsukauchi had made the call about another mission that required delicacy while he was still incognito, Izuku had been hesitant.
Until he mentioned time travel.
-Or: Seven villains are sent back in time to different points 10 years ago. 26 year-old Izuku Midoriya travels back to stop them without giving his identity away to those he knew in the past. One of those things works out better than the other.

Summary
Shouta just wants a nap. He deserves a nap.
First his class becomes a target for the newly-formed League of Villains, then a new, frighteningly capable vigilante emerges from nowhere to do his job better than him with more Quirks than any one person needs. Between handling frequent villain attacks, trying to keep a bunch of inexperienced kids alive, and attempting to wrangle a talented problem child with glass bones and a heart of gold, it promised to be an exciting year with Class 1-A.
Shouta should've expelled them all then when he had the chance.

Ghouls went extinct decades ago. When humans developed quirks and ghouls didn't, it didn't take long for self-defense to turn deadly, and then for self-defense to become hunting parties. Ghouls nowadays were nothing more than a legend, a horrific footnote in the annals of history. At least, that's what's considered common knowledge. People like Midoriya Izuku know better. He knows better because, like his parents before him, he is a ghoul. A depressing existence sure, full of guilt and deception and constant fear, but at least he has his mother. Still, none of that will stop him from becoming a hero. Despite his nature, Midoriya has always wanted nothing more than to save the people he was born to kill. So he will fight tooth and nail to remain gentle and kind in the face of his long-time greatest enemy, his own instinct.
