Bakugou Katsuki is not of the same world as it seems, he's rugged as he is prim and proper. He is distant and he is content being that way, no matter how he is perceived. He's perfect where he needs to be, but something is always amiss. Humans are socialable creatures and that fate doesn't exempt Katsuki. As he longs to be understood, to find some excitement in his inner world- someone else wishes for that too.. except they can't seem to meet eye to eye.
You are alien to the new land, finding footing and yet you end up looking for his eyes in every room you walk into.

Summary
Adrien wants nothing more to get his mother back. He'll do anything, even aid his father in his sadistic endeavors. He is even ready to be the perfect son. Gabriel's plan is almost flawless, save for the absence of the ladybug and turtle miraculous in his grasp. Gabriel grants the black cat miraculous to his son and sets his plan into action. Marinette has been forced in this ordeal and can no longer back out, she must save the world from ruin while balancing her personal life as well. Her hands are occupied with akumas, sentimonsters, hawkmoth, and the fate of the world. So could she find any respite in bickering with her rival which isn't Chat Noir, but Adrien Agreste?

Summary
After she accidentally trips into Adrien and apologizes about "falling for him," Marinette learns that he's no match for cheesy pick-up lines--whether they were unintended or not. And while she finds it flattering that he turns into a flustered mess with only a few words, Marinette comes to regret making him uncomfortable. That is, until she learns he's Chat Noir. At which point the phrase "just deserts" becomes a permanent fixture in her everyday plans.
A story in which Adrien is flustered, Marinette is smooth as glass at dropping lines, and Chat Noir gets the romance he was always asking for--even if he doesn't quite know how to handle it.
