Summary
Due to an encounter with a magical relic, Vlad Masters has suddenly and rudely been forced to come to terms with the fact that he is a bitter asshole and that most of the problems he has in his life are of his own fault. He doesn't know if he can change, but he decides to try. He tries to rekindle the friendship he had with Maddie and Jack Fenton, and Jack has the perfect idea on how to get back in touch! How about picking up the old DND game they used to play in college?
Danny and his friends are obviously suspicious of Vlad spending so much time at the house, and so they ask to join in on the DND game. Shenanigans ensue.

Summary
Danny was very sick of tourists coming to explore Amity park. Like very sick of them, especially the ‘ghost hunter’ ones. In the end they just caused more problems than the actual ghosts, getting in the way of the fights causing Danny more stress and injuries than normal. Not to mention they sucked at their so called jobs. He was pretty sure even a single elementary schooler of Amity was a better ghost fighter than all of the tourists combined.

Summary
Danny had always known there was an element of risk in telling his parents about Phantom. He just thought it was a risk worth taking. He didn’t think so anymore.
Now, the Fentons are convinced Danny needs to be cured and Jazz and Danny are stuck staying with Vlad, the only person who has the power and motivation to keep Danny from his parents without getting anyone else involved.

Vlad brought a hand to his temples to try and starve away the headache he was feeling. Vlad was also using it as an excuse to keep his eyes shut. The person helping him sounded so much like Jack. But Vlad knew that as soon as he opened his eyes the hallucination would vanish, just like they always did. Jack was long dead, along with Maddie and Jazz.
Vlad sighed and gave himself one more moment to soak up the warmth of the palm between his shoulder blades.
“Thank you, my friend,” said Vlad with a sad smile as he turned around.
Jack looked back at him with so much concern in his eyes, “Vlad are you alright?”
With a start, Vlad realised that Jack was still there.

Based off Tumblr user Tourettesdog's fic prompt (Albeit with a tweak here and there), Vlad has been shot with a weapon that breaks him down to his very core, more specifically, his ghost core. But before Maddie can shoot Danny with the same weapon, he saves the core and flies off, stuck with making sure he stays safe despite his conflicting feelings about it and tries to keep it from breaking despite not knowing what will reemerge from the unstable core.
But as Vlad finally reforms, both of them realize that the core fiasco was just the beginning of a new disaster.
