Summary
After his kidnapping, Bakugo isn't rescued by the Heroes. He waits for them to come get him, for Aizawa or All Might to do something, but no one comes. Shigaraki offers him a choice: stay and find his place in a world that will never consider him enough, or return to the Heroes who abandoned him.
At first, Bakugo hates everyone in the League. He doesn't trust them, he rebels, but slowly he begins to see that, even though they are Villains, they aren't so different from the Heroes: they have their ideals, their sense of family.
Meanwhile, Aizawa doesn't give up. He searches for Bakugo, tries to bring him back, but every time they meet, Bakugo pushes himself further and further away. All Might, on the other hand, is devastated, feeling responsible for having failed him.
But Bakugo isn't just a Villain. He doesn't take Shigaraki's orders, he doesn't fight for All for One. He begins to change the League from within, convincing some of them to target not the innocent, but the system that made them Villains.
Aizawa manages to talk to him, tries to change his mind, and for a moment Bakugo is hesitant... but now he's found a new family. And he can't go back.

Himiko takes advantage of Katsuki's kidnapping to do an experiment that will have repercussions on their future. From the text:
“I want to try an experiment with you, Tsuki!” My announcement seems to put him on guard. “Relax, you just have to answer some questions.”
“I already told that hand-covered bastard-”
“This isn’t an interrogation,” I interrupt, laughing. “Well, not exactly. I’ll answer these questions too. Look…” I load a page on my phone and show it to him. “See? Two strangers answer this questionnaire in forty-five minutes and fall in love!”
“That’s bullshit.”
“Maybe. But this is the perfect chance to test it. And I’ll give you a reason to play along,” I add before he can refuse outright. “If you answer honestly, without cheating, I’ll set you free!”* * *
Having to play by this psycho’s rules pisses me off. But this is my best chance to finally get my hands free. I’ll make every single one of these bastards pay for kidnapping me! How the hell did they think I’d ever join this gang of rejects?!

Toying with the hauntingly expensive pearls until they were crushed underneath his superior strength. "They live and die like the common worm, yet convince themselves that their lives have meaning."
"Isn't that silly?"
Inosuke, being a mere two years old and incapable of saying more than 'Douma', 'milk' and 'dada', just stared as he continued his tirade. Giggling as he watched the demon grind the pretty necklace into fine dust, before lifting his palm to smear it into the pile of broken prayers and disrespect.
"Ah-ah-ah, Inosuke"- Douma grinned, not bothering to contain his bark of laughter at the toddler's angry pout - "Wouldn't want to get filthy, would we, my little flower?"
Inosuke could only stick his tongue out in response.
