Summary
The water is freezing, painful as he thrusts his arm into the hole in the ice, all the way up to his shoulder. It soaks through his jacket in an instant, agony as the cold stabs into every pore, making his muscles go rigid. His fingers close over the dark shape in the water, and with all his strength, Kirishima yanks Bakugou’s parka up and pulls him from the lake’s surface in one singular motion.
Well, he's gotten him out of the lake.
...Now what?

He’ll force them to acknowledge him if he has to, because he can’t live without it.
Bakugou has struggled all his life to be number one, and he's cracking to pieces every moment that he isn't.
