I've absolutely no clue how Neku managed to craft an even more in depth AU out of a canon AU, and then do it again for a whole other novel's worth of fanfic. There's so much detail and thought woven into absolutely everything in this, worldbuilding and writing both, and it's so heartbreaking and delightful. Sometimes both at once.
