“Nora,” Alex whispered urgently, leaning over the small table where she was scrolling through her phone. “I need to tell you something. But you have to swear you won’t tell anyone. Like, legally-binding secrecy.”
Nora didn’t even look up. “If this is about how you can’t find the break room peanut butter, it’s in the cabinet, top shelf.”
“No!” Alex groaned, pulling out the chair across from her and sitting down. “This is serious.”
That got her attention. She locked her phone, her eyebrows raised. “Alright, Claremont-Diaz. Spill.”
Alex hesitated, glancing over his shoulder one last time. Then, in a dramatic whisper, he said, “I’m fake-dating Henry Fox.”
Nora blinked. Once. Twice.
Then she screamed.Or Alex Claremont-Diaz is an intern in the Legal Department at Okonjo-Fox Publishers and somehow he ends up fake dating his very cold, very attractive boss, Henry Fox during a high-profile gala.

Summary
Raf calls him to offer him a full time position, salary and benefits after six months. He’ll have to coach more, and the added tasks of training new coaches and evaluating them, but it won’t be so bad. Alex should really say yes. He doesn’t.
It takes a week after Alex rejects the offer, but Raf calls again to offer him an alternative suggestion.
"Little Kickers is part of Soccer Shots, it’s just based in England. Didn’t you tell me during one of our check-ins that you have family there? If you wanted to move, I could get in contact with someone in London about offering you a full time coaching spot. I know a guy.”
And isn’t that a fucking idea—it’s kind of perfect actually. Full time coaching which would provide stability for him, and of course, it’ll be close to June and Nora, who have been in London for the past two years. He’s missed them more than he’d like to admit.

Sometimes Spencer wondered if Alex and Henry were aware of how *obvious* they were. Henry stayed tight-lipped about it and Alex changed the subject whenever he or Liam tried to gently broach the topic. So Spencer would leave them to it, hopeful that they would come to him when they were ready. When they felt safe to.
Still, it was like they’d walked out of a cheesy, early 2000’s rom-com. Henry with his button-up shirts, and pressed chinos, carefully driving to school every morning in a practical, very safe Volvo. And Alex, with his skinny jeans, leather jackets, nose ring, and Triumph motorcycle he’d rebuilt himself that roared into their school’s parking lot every morning. They were the epitome of “opposites attract” and Spencer was kind of obsessed with how adorable it was.
OR
Henry & Alex have been "secretly" dating for a year, except literally everyone knows they're together. 5 times they think they're being subtle, and 1 time they're out and loud.
