It started quietly, as things often did, for Whirl. He had an unwavering reputation for what appeared to be wholly unprovoked violence, over the top reactions, for yelling, and screaming, and throwing things, but any psychotherapist worth his weight in scrap (and Whirl had only ever had one) would have immediately seen through the veneer of suddenness, and known the truth: Whirl was uniquely talented at packing up and boxing away distress, anger, grief, and all manner of unpleasantness, shoving it into the fringe corners of his awareness, until there was simply no more space for any kinds of feelings at all, and everything would erupt in an explosion of expression, experiencing everything at once, indulging in that most indulgent of emotions: anger.

Drift let out an agonized whine, tilting his helm back further, dropping his forearms but keeping his hands over his face. “I’m so, soooo sorry if you hate it!”
But the ambulance just shrugged. “I’ve interfaced with weirder. Is it—are those stones on it changing color?”
Drift’s full rebuild from the Circle of Light came with a lot of upgrades, including a ridiculous pretentious spike mod. He doesn’t care for it, but it’s been so long since he and Ratchet last interfaced, and they’re both extra pent up.

“Ugh, you’re so boring,” Rodimus says, “C’mon Megs, you’ve done way wilder shit than this, I know you changed alt like, all the time, who even does that. That’s way harder than working out how to make sure I have the biggest rack on board-”

When Ratchet helps Jazz out of a magnet-play-gone-wrong situation, he decides that Jazz needs supervision if he's going to mess around with bondage. Jazz doesn't seem to mind the idea of Ratchet sitting in - he even encourages Ratchet to take a more active role. Which just makes it even more confusing when everything goes wrong.

“Percy! Hi!” Brainstorm’s voice is a note too high, just a hint too desperate, for the attempt at casual he’s clearly trying for. He turns, leaning on the window like he wasn’t just trying to pull it open, and incidentally proving Perceptor’s speculation behind the reasons for all of this correct in the process. “I’m just, uh… testing the, uh…”
He looks around the room like it’ll give him an excuse, but there isn’t one to be found. Hesitantly, Perceptor takes a step toward him, but stops when it makes Brainstorm balk like a trapped animal. “Brainstorm. Tell me why you’re bleeding.”
Brainstorm's latest invention puts him in a rough spot; go to the medics for help and have his recently-lax freedoms restricted for committing science unsupervised in his habsuite, or let Perceptor help him instead, when said help just so happens to require baring his spark.
