Today was not a good day.
It must be easy when you’re doing something you love, Willow thinks, or at the very least, it’s a lighter lift. It isn’t when every second you spend doing what you do is like a living nightmare in a place that’s literally populated by living nightmares, but hey – it isn’t like she’s not doing her best! It might not look like it to the outside witch (or even the inside witch, some days), but she really does try her absolute hardest to be a good student, honest. She takes good notes that she can’t understand and works tirelessly to get her assignments in on time, even if a child could do them with greater success and half the resources, and she studies hard for each and every one of her practical examinations.
It’s just that it doesn’t click. She’s done the work, she’s put in the time, she’s tried – she really, really has – but it just… doesn’t. It doesn’t. She doesn’t, it doesn’t, her magic doesn’t, it just… doesn’t.

Eijirou stands awkwardly by the door. Katsuki doesn't look much more comfortable.
A tall blond woman turns the corner, her mouth open and her nose wrinkled as if she's about to scold the boy when she freezes, her eyes landing on Eijirou.
"Katsuki. What the hell is that?"
"He's a boy! Not an it." Katsuki fumes.
Mitsuki takes in the kid, probably like 12 years old, black hair, shirtless and in rags for pants, no shoes, covered in dirt. And, obviously the most noteworthy pieces of his outfit, the muzzle, the shackles, and the collar.
"Right. I can see that. Why is he here, and what the hell happened to him?"
Katsuki hikes his shoulders up, seeming defensive.
"I dunno. He was with some sketchy mask dudes and I kinda.. stole him."
Mitsuki blinks.
"You *stole* him?"
Katsuki's "Uhh... Yeah," is emphasized by Eijirou eagerly nodding his head behind him.

Or 5 times Katsuki saves Eijirou, and one time Eijirou saves Katsuki.
