Tim had always enjoyed shows like What The Ghost or Ghost Hunt UK. He'd been a huge fan of horror before he lost Danny, and the sheer unseriousness of them after his run in with the circus was something akin to comfort, so he kept up with the ones he really liked.
That's how he and the rest of the Archival Assistants ended up watching a gaming live stream by Georgie Barker, instead of working. Well, not that they would be working anyway, what with their boss being on the run for two murders, but this was a nice enough distraction.
Said boss decided to walk into frame at that moment.
What. The Fuck.
Or: the archive crew figure out Jon's location a lot sooner, with the help of streaming and food recognition

"I still don't get what the big deal is," Jon complains once Tim lapses into silence.
"Yeah, yeah," Tim says, turning in the booth to give Jon a lopsided smile. "I know. You're immune to this pesky thing called sexual attraction."
From someone else, this kind of teasing could easily rub Jon the wrong way, but Tim says it with such fondness that he simply snorts and says, "Damn right I am."
Tim throws his head back and laughs, and Jon grins, forgetting for a moment where they are. This kind of banter is familiar, established after years of being first co-workers and then friends in Research, and it's only when Sasha joins the laughter that Jon remembers it's not just the two of them. He freezes. Tim's eyes go wide. Jon wrenches his eyes away from Tim to look at Martin. The only one at the table who doesn't yet know that Jon is asexual.

There were perks to sleeping in the young master's room with him. For instance, master Lloyd's lullaby service which Javier had come to depend on. He was able to sleep thanks to it, though Javier detested being so dependent on it. A fact that the demon Javier served was well aware of, even going so far as to use it against him.
Another beneficial result of the setup was that Javier was present to defend his charge should the need arise.

Logan had always had these big, elaborate emotions. He laughed loud and screamed louder. But every so often he’d act a certain way that Scott just couldn’t figure out.

"Jonathan Sims carries such a strong aura of being overworked that when you spend more than a few minutes in his presence you start thinking about a third cup of coffee to get through the rest of your day. Jon would be handsome if he wasn’t so tired, or if he devoted any effort to his presentation. The dark circles under his eyes had been a common sight as long as he could remember looking in the mirror, but became permanent fixtures when he started working in the Archives."
