An icy chill crawled through his veins even as the IV Set sat uselessly beside him. Unattached, just as the heart monitor and all of the other machines that accompanied a regular visit. But, again, this was no. ordinary. visit.
No, he hadn’t overused his quirk. If that were the case, the cold air would have been the least of his problems. An image of frost covered limbs and purpling fingers passed his mind and he almost shivered. Now that he was more comfortable with his fire side, he never had to suffer like that again but the memory still hurt.
He knew why he was cold, of course. Recovery Girl and Aizawa took great pain in explaining it, even if it didn’t quite register.
His companions beside his bed seemed just as perturbed.
“So…” Bakugou said, face flat. “...He’s like, what? a vampire?”

A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.Izuku was inclined to believe that these limitations were in place to not only protect the humans who made them, but to protect the Android themself. And to Izuku, nothing was more important than Androids.
This is a story about love. About one sided love. About mutual love. About what feelings are, why we feel them, and how we feel them. About what makes us human, where that line is and where it ends.

He shuttered, watching the tail of the mermaid following the boat. It curved in and out, its very movements enticing him. Showing off its long, thick tail, patterned with red, white and black. Sirens... They were so fucking dead...

The picture looks like it was taken in a cafe, Todoroki in a light blue sweater that even from a distance looks wildly soft, seated at a baby grand piano with his short hair effortlessly tousled. It’s one of those photos where it’s obvious Todoroki wasn’t expecting it to be taken—he’s in the middle of looking up at whoever is behind the camera, a smile small on his face but delight evident in the curve of his mouth.
He’s stupidly beautiful. Looking at him for too long makes Izuku kind of sweaty.
They both sit there staring at this one picture for almost three full minutes. In complete silence. Eventually, Kacchan sighs a little bit and tips his head backwards to rest on the couch. Staring up at the ceiling, he murmurs, “Well, shit.”
Izuku can’t stop the lightly hysterical laugh that explodes from his mouth in response.
“We’re fucked.”
