Wolfgang has ears tuned to hear the ting of a metal bullet casing kissing the asphalt as it falls. He has the scars to prove his lack of thinking, and a near-constant adrenaline rush to testify with it. Wolfgang is violent. He is not a good person, and he is not a thinking one.
But, over the last couple of months, Wolfgang has been thinking. Thinks about his humanity, or lack thereof. Thinking about what it means, in the end, to be human.
