Summary
For Hitoshi, dating has been the perfect chance to drag himself away from overworking himself as an underground hero. For Izuku, being with Hitoshi gave him a doorway back to himself, a chance to not be a hero all the time.
Their relationship is one where they don't talk about work at all. It would be simple - if only Izuku knew that Hitoshi worked as an underground hero. Or if Hitoshi was aware of his ignorance.
When they interact outside of their civilian personas, emotions get complicated and they grow further entwined with each other.

The Safety Commission decides to host a gala to mend relations between the public and heroes as well as raise funds for reparations for the city. Shouta doesn't care too much until he finds out he can win a date to the gala with his favorite hero and best friend, Present Mic.
He's pretty sure the likelihood of winning with a single entry is slim.
So Shouta grabs a handful. Actually, it's more than a handful. Maybe too many. If someone bought this many entries for a chance to date him, he would be livid, and would probably assume they were some erratic, disturbed fan. He swallows his pride and hesitates for a moment before throwing the stack on the counter.
