She could determine the difference between every extant rosefinch. She could tell you the taxonomic distinction between D. sanguinalis and D. ischaemum. But humanity has abandoned the biosphere for longer than she can recall and it would be better to use her ken to care for man.
Chemistry. That’s where it all goes wrong every time she sits for her entry exam. She can observe an organism. She can never comprehend what happens inside of it.
