Summary
At ten years old, Akechi Goro had accepted that he would probably spend the rest of his life without ever being loved. And then Ren appeared—a ghost with no memories of his past, and the only person who stayed by Goro's side even through the killing and destruction of lives. But everything cannot stay the same forever. When Goro encounters Ren's doppelganger going by the name Kurusu Akira, and the heart-changing group known as The Phantom Thieves of Hearts, everything around him starts to crumble. While Ren remains, Goro feels the universe is determined to break them apart.
Ren only remembers two things: a task that he has to do no matter what and the words If only we had met earlier. Knowing nothing about what any of those things meant, Ren latches on to the only thing he does know: Akechi Goro. But keeping his promise to stay by Goro's side becomes increasingly difficult when it slowly becomes clear that his memories may hold a horrible truth about his existence and why he's here.

Someone steps forward, a singer, hand settling on the mic stand. Tenn blinks. The performer stands out, like he doesn't belong in this plain, worn-out stage that's barely one at all, only a platform a few centimeters off the floor. He seems to be a bit younger than Tenn, with mint-colored hair, bright golden eyes, dark painted nails, figure outlined by a faded denim jacket. The rings across his fingers and the metal of his belt glint under the dim light. For a moment, those eyes scan the room and land on Tenn. They narrow slightly, and Tenn wonders if he recognizes the idol sitting here. If he does, he doesn't call him out.
The lights flicker and then, finally, he's singing.
Canon Divergence AU where, instead of returning to Japan with hatred and a desire for revenge, Haruka wants nothing to do with the world of idols and yet he meets Tenn anyway.

“But you won’t be performing?” Haruka asks, a little disappointed. She could only picture how stunning Tenn would be, singing under the golden palace lights.
“I’m afraid not.” Tenn pockets her letter again. "As much as the opportunity would make me happy, I have other plans. Besides," Tenn leans in just a little closer, her eyes sparkling with excitement. “That means I’ll have all the time in the world to spend with you. Would you accompany me there?”

The mint-haired boy lets himself lie down on Tenn's bed again, arms spread out across the sheets, sighing. He tries to imagine himself going on dates with a mysterious person, maybe a classmate or someone else around his age. They would hold hands, cuddle, and…kiss. He feels his cheeks growing warm, but it's hard to actually imagine anyone in particular.
"So if someone…hypothetically…offers to be your fake partner so you could experience the high school romance that you want…would you want to?" His best friend asks suddenly.
"Hmm." Fake partner, huh? Sounds lowkey silly. "Depends on who's offering."

Percy Jackson and Hazel Levesque have worked as paranormal investigators for years now. They've seen all kinds of ghosts: angry ghosts, happy ghosts, sad ghosts, jumpy ghosts, ghosts who haunt public bathrooms, ghosts who like to jumpscare Percy when he's brushing his teeth before bed, and so on and so forth. With Percy's ability to hear ghosts and Hazel's to see them, the duo has been working as stellar partners to help ghosts move on and also help the living along the way.
Then Will Solace walks through the door with a dark-haired ghost tailing behind him. The ghost—Angel—can't remember anything. His mind is a completely empty box. No name, no friends, no family, no home, no anything, let alone cause of death. Angel isn't even his actual name. In spite of the questions and mysteries, the ghost is vehemently refusing to leave Will's side even though he can go wherever he wants, feeling a weirdly deep connection akin to love with the other boy despite Will not knowing who he is.
As they dig deeper and deeper into this odd case, it slowly becomes clear that something is off about Angel's death and that Will Solace might be the biggest liar of them all.

Sumeru has changed so much since she broke free of her imprisonment. Observing its growth has been a wonderful thing, like seeing a sapling grow into a magnificent tree. Humans were truly fascinating in their ability to evolve and progress. The goddess of wisdom observed patiently as the world gained enough strength to stand on its own, without the help of an Archon. Slowly she and the others would fade, becoming more like myths and fairytales, but she found that she didn’t mind. She still has her sense of self, her intelligence, and time. Not to mention the other former Archons are still around for a cup of tea during holidays. The things she considers valuable are in her hands. Besides, even if she’s no longer an Archon, that doesn’t mean she can’t continue to observe.
