Summary
Beneath Gotham there is something. Anyone who spends time with their feet on the ground can tell you that much. At the surface level it's goons and scared street kids. Beneath them are the sewers, haunted by endless appetites and the scraping of hide against stone. Beneath that is glowing green, craving warmth of blood and rage, hunting for its host. And even further beneath that is something other.
Above Gotham there is something. Anyone who spends time in the city can tell you that much. In the shadows of tall buildings or on outcrops of stone there was movement. Flashes of color or shadows taken form. Ever watchful eyes following the movement of the cities beating heart.
Some feared what was above, some feared what was below. But for one... well one craved both.

Summary
In this series, I’m taking fanfics I loved that center around miscommunication, lies, secrets, or similar themes, and asking the question: What if it were real? While these are still fanfics—fiction, of course—I want to explore what would happen if these plot twists and misunderstandings weren’t just tricks or disguises, but truths that were hiding in plain sight.I’ll also be adding my own spin by including characters I wish had been part of the original stories (or characters that I think could have added more depth). These works may not follow the same plot as their source material, but they’ll always be inspired by the same premise. If the original fic is closely followed, I might reach out to the author for permission, but only if I feel like it would be difficult to change the direction. Unless otherwise noted, these are separate stories. The only things they have in common are: I wrote them, and they all explore a what if scenario.

Summary
The Bat is a spirit that resides over Gotham and her residents with children galore and brings a little bit (or a lot) of fright to the criminals in Gotham - demons some say. Others gods.
The Waynes just want a good night's sleep for once damnit
