"Yeah?" Shimano looked up at him with bored disinterest.
The left side of his face numb, his shoulder pulled out of joint, he sagged crookedly against the damp wall in the hole, Shimano leered above him and slammed a meaty fist into already distressed ribs.
The gun fired before he could pull himself out of the flashback, Shimano's surprised face crumpled face-first into his dinner. A half turn to the left and the Omi officer was gone too.
Problem Solved.
Goro Majima intended to go back to the Shimano Family. But he turned left instead of right and his life started down a different path.
In 1989, after the Empty Lot incident, he adopted the persona of the Hannya Man and went to work for the Nikkyo Consortium to unravel the conspiracy he's found himself in the middle of.

"Bro, yer kansai is slipping," He let out before he could stop himself. He snuck a look at Majima who leaned over and smacked Nishida upside the head, his hands flashing more quick gestures.
"Sorry Boss, I'll try," Nishida raked fingers thorugh his short hair and made an interestingly sweaty imitation of Majima's serious face.
Saejima almost felt bad for getting Nishida in trouble for no good reason. But at least, at least there was something of his brother left in the sad form before him. He was pale and had a dark hollow under his visible eye, and an old scar at his throat.
In 1989 the price to reenter Shimano's family was higher than expected. It's too bad that Shimano never lived long enough to carry Majima's last words to Saejima.
In 2012 Saejima just wants to speak with his kyodai again.

The crew offered no help, but that didn’t stop them from joining in the fun. Sanji almost regretted bringing it up, but even he couldn't deny that making up shit that “Ace” said made them all roll with laughter.
It was a good thing Ace loved the game just as much.

Summary

There is a brief moment where Sanji considers strangling the little doctor, as he can feel the focus of everyone on the ship land squarely on him.
Law’s eyes narrow at that, and Sanji can see them briefly flick in the direction of where Franky and Brook are now bemoaning their lack of knowledge about his background, and then slowly move back until they were focused on him instead.
Oh. This was a mistake.
Trafalgar Law has the weirdest accent he's ever heard, and is clearly hiding something. Sanji is determined to get to the bottom of it.The Straw Hats' chef speaks the Northern language like no one else Law has ever heard, and Law is intent on picking that mystery apart.
