Summary
When Killjoy glances over, it’s to the sight of Cypher leaning back in his chair to look up at Omen, one arm resting on the backrest as he flips a tripwire between his fingers, saying something. Though the mask obscures his face, Killjoy can tell that he's smiling.
Omen’s response is to tug at his hood, the jagged slashes on his face flickering and dimming slightly. Despite his lack of expressive facial features, he somehow manages to look startled when Cypher reaches forward to tap one gloved finger over the blue center of his chestplate. Yet he doesn’t push Cypher's hand away. Instead he simply catches him by the wrist, holding him there, and inclines his head in a way that seems almost like a challenge even from this distance, even though she has no idea what they're talking about.
Oh, Killjoy realizes, having pulled up to a very shocking conclusion.
That’s what this is.
Oh.
It is by an ironic twist of fate that the only person in the entire protocol that doesn’t realize Omen is flirting with Cypher is, in fact, Cypher himself.

The scraping of ice that was too thick, too cold, but that didn't stop the hands from clawing from underneath. Someone was drowning. Someone was screaming, begging to be heard.
tldr; Vlad stole Danny's core leaving behind a hollow version of him with no one to help, but someone does in fact notice.

GWKDHDJSB OH HOLY MOLY GUACAMOLE. This is so so SO GOOD. The plot?! The charcterizations?!?!? I was hooked by the premise and promptly fell in love. Genuinely a pinnacle of fiction. Very enjoyable, even after many rereads. (Honestly anything by this author is deserving of love and many rereads…) Also the titles of most of their stories are interconnected and I enjoy that very much,,, a nice detail imo. Also the writing is so awesome. The author’s way with words and descriptions and conveying emotions and just EVERYTHING- is wizard.

Quomores, you brilliant author. This is such a fascinating and enjoyable story… Gosh, the plot was so very intriguing and the dynamics between the little Sith fam and Obi was very curious to read. The ending might be a happy one, but it feels bittersweet to a degree. At least to me. Anyways, this is so so so good! A reread one can enjoy any day.

The Sith, for one, absolutely hadn't seen him coming.

This. is. so. good. OMG.
Istg this has made me cry and laugh and everything ALL AT ONCE-
The author’s ability to convey emotions is so beautiful. I felt despair when characters were in pain, I felt dread when someone felt a storm coming, I felt concern for those who were hurt and I felt love, so deeply for those whom could not.
Also, the author’s interpretation the Force is just so *chef’s kiss*!!! I was crawling all over the walls while reading the descriptions and feelings and UGHH. I am so happy.
And I just gotta say there are so many misunderstandings which could’ve been resolved with communication between characters, IT IS HILARIOUS.
(Also the mini skits in AN’s are peak humor. I love it.)
And this is very very VERY well written. The Force recommends this.
