Fear seized his heart as he realized what it was that was holding him there. Another vampire, this one looking far less hungry. Its eyes were more black than red, the faintest hint of burgundy reflecting back at Hoseok. He bit down on his tongue, trying to keep calm as the vampire examined his face closely.
Pale skin, as with most vampires. It was blond, its hair lighter than Hoseok had first acknowledged, pushed back off of its forehead. Hoseok swallowed hard, and its gaze darted down to his throat, to watch the movement, before returning to his eyes.
“You should be more careful when you’re hunting,” it said softly.

Hoseok reflexively hid his face behind Yoongi’s shoulder, hands clinging onto his arm. “This… this is all your fault!” He screeched, terrified.
“I’m – i’m not moving, you’re – you’re just gonna have to deal with this.” Yoongi knocked his head onto Hoseok’s, “Okay.” If Hoseok had been paying more attention maybe he would’ve noticed his overtly fond tone, or even the way Yoongi had slightly turned to face him in order to make it more comfortable for Hoseok. As the atmosphere darkened throughout, Hoseok would cling on tighter to Yoongi eventually prompting him to wrap his arms around Hoseok’s middle so that he doesn’t accidentally fall off the couch. As he so claims.
At some point Hoseok ends up on Yoongi’s lap, head underneath his chin. He doesn’t even realize it himself and just snuggles into Yoongi as much as he can. Abruptly, Yoongi starts to move and it jostles Hoseok a little as he instinctively embraces his arms around Yoongi's neck.
“Oh sorry, I was trying to grab the blanket.”

As the man aimed his gun at Hoseok’s head, realization of what’s going to happen hit them in an instant: their wide and scared eyes mirrored each other’s. And with the strength he didn’t know he still possessed, Jungkook kicked and struggled as hard as he can.
One stuttered gunshot rang through the quiet street. A pained gasp. Someone cursed.
Something pricked his neck.
Another gunshot. Hoseok fell to the ground, unmoving.
Jungkook was still screaming when everything went dark.

Yoongi squelched the dozens of insults he wanted to hurl back and instead focused on the job at hand.
“There are some scent suppressant wipes along with a hoodie and a couple of t-shirts inside the gym bag laying on the passenger seat. You can use any of them.”
