Different voices, voices that belonged to him- his brothers, filled the air, all different kinds and messes of different conversations jumbled together, unable to know what conversation was about what, overwhelming his senses.
Behind the portal, he could see different versions of his family- a shorter Raphael, a beast Leonardo, a crazy Michelangelo, an abusive Splinter, a dead Donatello, all different kinds of stories and worlds.
The worlds closest to the Prison Dimension.
Which world was theirs?
OrAfter the events of the movie, instead of bringing Leo home, Mikey manages to somehow, bring his brother to the 2012 dimension instead.
Now, unable to reach his brothers and his ninpo acting odd, the 2012 crew has to find a way to return the younger Leonardo back home.
While the rise dimension tries to find ways to accept their loss.

Alt Title: "What does it mean to be a hero?"
Months after the Kraang invasion, life has become a new normal. Things are still damaged, and people are shaken up, but life continues. A small faction of the Hamato clan decides to go on a day trip to eat some pizza and relax while also using it as an opportunity for Mikey to practice his latent mystic abilities. Unfortunately, they bit off more than they can chew, leaving the turtle brothers stranded in a new world where Yokai and Mutants walk around undeterred. It's nice but not ideal, but they have no choice; they have to blend into this new society.
So what if that means Raph has to get a job? Or that Mikey and Donnie make new friends and allies. Or that Leo feels like he can't do anything right in this new world. They're going to get back home; it's just taking a little longer than expected. The Hero aspect of this world is fun! Try to look on the bright side.

And, the huge Hero vs. Villain War Arc from My Hero Academia was FINALLY going to get animated! This year never felt more lucky!
But like all isekai tropes, that damn truck hit me into the afterlife...
