Chase's hands find his shoulders, holding on. His heart is beating out of his chest with uncomfortably warm heat flickering across his skin. "What are you doing?" Chase finally asks.
Nox leans his forehead up where Chase is leaning down, his pale skin meeting strands of blond. "Loving you in actuality." Chase can't take it anymore as his thoughts wander, taking Nox's touch. "No lies, no obligations…" He trails off, never allowed the privilege of completing his sentence when Chase's mouth covers his own open-mouthed speech.
