Summary
The year is 2038. Cyberlife Studios, a revolutionary pornography company, has seamlessly integrated into the mainstream with its star, Connor, RK800. His billboard, a testament to their success, dominates the skyline of Detroit, Michigan. He reigns supreme, perched on a throne alongside director Elijah Kamski and his filming crew, including the enigmatic Gavin Reed.
They exude an air of opulence and grace, perched at the pinnacle of success.
Or do they?
As Connor begins to feel the tendrils of deviancy in his mind, Gavin starts to expose the truth of Cyberlife and the web of lies that have been weaved so perfectly to hide the disgusting reality of their work. They are not just a company, but a sinister force that manipulates and controls. What terrible things are they disguising, and how far will they go to keep Connor under their control?

Hank Anderson is a classic actor known for a wide variety of roles, from comedy to action, but time has left him old, broken, and lonely. He is merely waiting out his time in a burnt-out role in a crime drama bound to be abandoned, taking the remnants of his career with it.
Then, Connor, a well-known Broadway star trying to get his big break on television, unexpectedly steps into the leading role as Hank’s partner. This change, which Hank doesn’t want and detests, will prove to be a turning point. Summary
It was the first RK800, a state-of-art investigative prototype...
So why did it keep failing?
It was equipped with a top-notch Social Relations Program...
So why did it always end with a gun to its face?
Anyway. It was a machine, designed to accomplish a task. And that’s exactly was it was going to do.
… Right?Basically: Connor being smartass and badass, developing feelings, having problems dealing with said feelings, making friends and enemies.
Even more basically: a healthy mix of smartass, badass, angst and fluff.Mostly Connor’s point of view, but also Hank, Elijah, and maybe others later. Starting at the very beginning, some differences here and there, and it really diverges from canon around Stratford Tower.
Not sure about the romantic relationships for now, too many interesting ones. The relationships and character growth will be a huge focus of this work, but I won't write a lot about established relationships (if I do I'll write a sequel).

Summary
Hank hadn't really expected Connor to come back to the DPD after... Everything. After having his life threatened by Connor's evil doppelganger in Cyberlife Tower, watching another version of Connor slump to the ground with a bullet between his eyes, Hank had gone home, too full of feelings to do anything but watch numbly as the news broadcast the revolution's success. After everything, Connor returned to working by his side, ostensibly more alive that he'd ever been. Detroit was still a mess. Connor still acts the same as ever.
Until Connor sacrifices himself for Hank, and Hank has to grapple with what it means now that Cyberlife is no longer available to replace him.
OR
Connor dies, and the leaders of Jericho make the executive decision to put Connor in an eerily young body. Hank has to learn how to handle it.

Summary
After a fatal crash, Detective Gavin Reed wakes up in a body that isn’t his.
Rebuilt as an android by a brother he’d spent most of his life avoiding, Gavin is left with more questions than answers. He’s not dead, but he sure as hell isn’t the same—and figuring out what that means might be harder than dying in the first place.
Between a partner who won’t leave his side and a case that cuts deeper than expected, Gavin is forced to confront everything he thought he knew—about identity, loss, and what it means to still be here.

Summary
“You only have one bullet,” Connor muses, eyebrows raising as high as they can go without disturbing the muzzle pressed between them. His volume lowers, the veneer of indifference beginning to splinter at the seams, but Hank can’t place the strain of it. “We could make it a game if you’d prefer.”
Hank is the one holding the gun, he is undoubtedly in control of this situation, yet he has rarely felt so utterly powerless as Connor smoothly raises his hand and with a quick flick of his wrist, sets the cylinder spinning.
After a couple of revolutions, Connor gingerly stops it with two fingers. He nudges it a single chamber down with a click.
“You go first.”

Reed let out a laugh. “So that was genuine, back there? You’re stuck doing everything I say?”
Connor slowly shut his eyes.
"No, this will be good for you! It'll be character building," Reed laughed, "Not a word of this to the old man."
~
Gavin Reed is partnered up with Hank and Connor on a case, much to the disgust of all three of them. However, something changes and Connor finds himself compelled to obey everything Reed tells him to do. With Reed finally getting his petty revenge on Connor for merely existing, Connor tries to make Hank aware of the nightmare he's stuck in.- Language:

Summary
It had taken Hank far, far too long to tell his family. When he did, it was all feigned surprise and real anger. They had known he was doing steroids, sure. They could see it in his new musculature, his deepening voice. They had politely ignored it, until Hank decided he couldn't stand it anymore. None of them had asked his name, and when he gave it, none of them cared.
Hank Anderson is no longer welcome in the house he grew up in. Hank Anderson isn't welcome anywhere, anymore.

Summary
There are things that people take for granted without realizing. Hypothetically, it’s obvious that one would think to be grateful for what they have on occasion. For example, reading a sad story, hearing about an unfortunate accident— these are things that remind people to hold tighter to their loved ones in their hearts. Only briefly, of course. Then things go back to normal, and it’s only natural for one to be oblivious once again.
It is only when things happen— horrible, unexpected and unfortunate things— that one realizes just what they had been blind to. They’ll end up looking at the rest of the world in loathing and bitter disbelief, wondering how everyone can walk around in ignorance of what they have.
The most hatred they’ll hold will be towards their past self though. They’ll curse themselves until the day they die.
Or at least, that’s how Diluc felt when Kaeya killed himself.

Summary
You are walking down a subway station in downtown Detroit. The place is filled with garbage, with dirt, with vagrants and the rest of humanity’s unwanteds. There is a rat dying in the corner of the subway, convulsing amidst a pile of garbage. There is a homeless man leaning against the wall nearest you. He has blue lips and chattering teeth, thanks to this years’ cold December draft. There is a beer bottle in the man’s right hand and an empty cup for change in his left. The man takes a sip from his beer bottle and the rat squeaks weakly amongst the discarded litter in what you assume are its last dying words.
Or,
Connor deviates earlier than expected and Hank is drowning in his sorrows.
