Summary
My first ever fanfic pairing: It begins in the aftermath of Star Trek: First Contact, where I fulfil a lovely slashy bit from that film. I completely ignore the next two films (Insurrection and Generations) and instead bring Spock into the mix. The next two stories involve my invented Vulcan Tantra, and then I mainly close the series out with a massive fix-it story for Star Trek: Nemisis.

Summary
The Aurora is the gate through which Philip Pullman's characters travelled to other worlds in his "His Dark Materials" series. These are stories, following in a chronological order, of our beloved UNCLE characters as they might be in Pullman's world, every human with their own daemon, and with a slightly steam-punk-ish alternative history. Here the communist revolutions of the early 20th Cetury never happened, but now it is the Tzar's powerful Russian Empire which rivals the West this version of the Cold War. Gyptians ply the waterways and country roads, Witches work their strange magics and Armoured Bears may be seen in the far north, but New York City still has a Del Floria's, and it still has a special coat hook in the back room...

Summary
Two scientist -each brilliant in their own way- come to respect each other, then to rely on each other, and then realize that something more exists between them. They learn, as time goes on, just how far they will go to protect one another, and what they are willing to sacrifice in the name of love. Then another being enters their lives, shocking and terrifying at first, but eventually accommodations are made.
But the winds of fate require more than mere accommodation, and our heroes rise to the occasion and come to learn to love the sentient city of Atlantis, just as she will learn to love, in her own fashion, Rodney McKay and Radek Zelenka.

Summary
This series was inspired by the question: what does a bonefide genius do when born in the era of stone knives and bear skins? It begins with two such geniuses -Rodne, the hermit and stargazer, and R'dek, the wandering toolmaker. Their friendship is slow to develop, but in time they will become very close indeed, and will both become much beloved of the citizens of the nearby town of Lakeside.
When that town -with Headwoman Li-bet, shamanic healer Caresn and master hunter Loren, among others- comes under threat, Rodne and R'dek put their genius minds to work in an effort to help. Their contributions and invention change everything for the people of Lakeside, and may even change the world.
