Rewrite of Beauty's Wolf
After fleeing the plague and moving to their country home, Maurice raises his young daughter alone for some time till an injuried She-Wolf seeks shelter in his barn with her young pup. But this isn't a regular wolf but instead a werewolf as is her pup. Soon the small families merge and Belle is no longer alone but the girls still have trouble in their small down, till one day they set out on an adventure they had never thought they'd have. Nor that their youngest sister would be with them learning that their world was in for a great change. -

Beast has been cursed not merely as a creature of mixed animal parts, but a shapeshifter who can transform fully into each of the animals his mixed form is made up of: bear, wolf, bison, lion, boar, and gorilla. He knows this is unnatural, freakish, repulsive.
But after he uses his shapeshifting to save Belle’s life two times in the same night, he’ll slowly have to admit that maybe it can be useful sometimes. And as Belle’s curiosity and acceptance of his different forms grows into affection and intimacy, it will be harder and harder for him to hate all that he is.
