Summary
It is one year after the war and Neville's life has fallen apart.
After the battle, Neville disappeared from the wizarding world. No one tried to find him, but that was alright. He didn't want to be found. It was him, his flower shop and Luna against the muggle world in which they had made their home.
It is 2003. The war has been over for five years but he has still not returned to his former home. He is too scared to see what has changed, what has not and the questions that undoubtedly would have built up in his absence. It is still him and his flower shop against the world.
Until, however, a certain raven haired man with a lightning bolt scar ducks through his shop door and the steel door behind which Neville has bolted all his memories of the wizarding world is flung open.

Summary
In one world, Harry Potter destroyed the diary and saved Ginny Weasley at the same time. In this world, Ginny returned home to family and love but not understanding. The only person who understood the impacts of having to share your mind with a psychopath was Harry Potter himself. Talks with her family slowly grew less and less until the only person whom she shared those memories with was Harry. Eventually even that waned as their relationship took a step from being a listening ear to something closer to romance. Harry Potter destroyed the horcrux and saved Ginny Weasley and that was the end of it.
That is not this world.
In this world, the smallest changes can cause a ripple echoing across the universe, causing it to look nothing like the original. In this world, Ginny Weasley was still a Gryffindor. She was sorted before she became too deeply involved with the horcrux. However, Tom Riddle was a Slytherin and sharing your soul with someone, no matter how short of a time is a terribly intimate affair. Surely some of Tom Riddle's Slytherin nature bled into our perfectly Gryffindor Ginny Weasley?

Summary
Harry and Ron return for their Eighth Year at Hogwarts, mostly because they don't have anything else to do but also because... It's the one thing they know Hermione would have wanted to do if she had lived. If it also means that they can get the education necessary to find Hermione's parents and undone their obliviation, then that's for them to know and the Ministry to find out (hopefully after they'd succeeded since they didn't want their friend's legacy to be tarred with illegalities that were necessary during the war but not in hindsight).
Part exploration of grief and mourning and part dive into the depths we go to for the people we love, even when they are not here to reap the benefits.

Summary
Hermione has had many types of family over the years. Her parents, who were always by her side, through thick and thin. Well, until she was eleven. Then Hermione was swept into a world of magic and mystery, a world that her parents were not apart of. They drifted apart.
But Hermione met Harry and Ron. Although their friendship started off rocky, fighting a troll together is something that will always bring people together, no matter who they are. The two boys became her new family, a found family, one that came to mean as much to her as her parents did.
Family was something that you couldn't touch, something intangible but something that you came to cherish anyway. If you had told ten year old Hermione that she'd end up with two best friends she'd call family before calling them friends, little her would laugh at you, tears filling her eyes as she turned away. It was unimaginable. But now Hermione couldn't imagine it any other way.
An exploration of the meaning of family over the years of Hermione's Granger's life through the lense of her favourite fruit: mangoes.
