Summary
The northern Kingdom of Germa is isolated far from the prying eyes of the World Military. King Judge wishes to reach the former glory of Germa, and believes that his path is set when the royal family is invited to the Reverie for the first time in over a decade.

“Careful, you’re sounding just as crass as Gojo. Soon you’ll be just as unpleasant,” Shoko snarks, giving him a dirty look as she takes his vitals.
He rolls his eyes, but drops it. “Since I’ve started going to school here, I haven’t taken a break from sorcery work. It feels wrong to stop just because I failed once.”
“Your goals are great, Getou, but everyone needs time to reset. One or two weeks won’t change the world.” She gives him a tired smile.
He wants to argue, he wants to say that he’s stronger than the oppressive weight of sorcery. But looking at his classmate, he sees her exhaustion and he understands. He can feel the weariness seeping into his bones, just as she must feel weighed down in responsibility. Since she’d been deemed proficient enough with her reverse curse technique, her services have been in high demand all over the country. She often travelled just as much, if not more, than himself and Satoru.
Suguru often feels as if someone has injected lead into his bones, given how tiring it is to even move some days. He wonders if Shoko feels the same, or if it’s a different type of exhaustion.
