Summary
Castiel Sacre is the sole owner of the multibillion dollar corporation that his father built from the ground up. By all rights, this should be the most glorious time of his life. But he is also an unmated omega on the verge of turning thirty, and as decreed by an antiquated inheritance law, Castiel will have turn over all assets to the eldest alpha in his family, unless he finds himself a mate. Unwilling to mate for convenience, Castiel resigns himself to his fate, trusting that his alpha half-brothers will not leave him destitute.
Dean Winchester is two years in to what has arguably been the shittiest part of his life. It has fallen to him to pay off a shitload of debt leftover from his estranged brother’s not-so-legal former lifestyle, and to foot the bill for said brother’s stay at a rehab facility. To that end, Dean is working as a high-end escort—it pays well because alphas are apparently in high demand, but god, does he hate it. Naturally, when he’s offered a chance to clear his debts and leave this life behind, he seizes it.

Summary
There was a hell-hound gnawing at the bones of Dean’s legs, each bite a payment for Sam’s breaths. To the very end, Dean thought it was a good price. He was willing to pay. But the angel who listened had learned about the great plot of using a brave, righteous man to start a petty Apocalypse and sacrificed everything to ensure it would never begin. It was 2008 and it’s probably still Wednesday now and Cas is keeping Dean safe, away from Heaven, from Hell, from everything. Despite Castiel’s best efforts, everything remains pretty determined to either get its hands on Dean or just get him back where he allegedly belongs. But there’s at least four theories about where that is and Dean seems to be the only one who doesn’t have one. Most of the time he just feels something is amiss and he keeps wondering when it’s going to be Friday and if the purple dog is ever going to come back.

Dean is hiding secrets which could destroy the fragile trust the two of them share and then there is the mystery of what happened to Dean's long-lost brother, ultimately confronting them both with what they are prepared to sacrifice to defend their family.

If only he could do all of that without involving his overbearing, dysfunctional family.
Meanwhile he doesn’t know it yet but Dean Winchester is about to have a lot more on this plate than annoying co workers and frustrating family drama.

Honestly, they’re kind of disgustingly perfect for each other and Dean’s pretty damn excited about staying with them the week before the wedding. He’s Sam’s best man, of course, and he doesn’t even mind that Jess has her own best man to share in all the organisational duties. The more the merrier, right?
Except Dean must have done something to epically piss off the universe because Jess’s best man just happens to be Castiel friggin’ Novak. Summary

Summary
There is a race that takes place every year in Alaska called the Iditarod, a thousand mile journey across the Alaskan wilderness by dog sled team that has come to be known as "The Last Great Race on Earth”. It is a test of endurance, of the relationship between dogs and their people, traversing mountain ranges, frozen rivers, forest and tundra.
When writer Castiel Milton is forced to spend two and a half months in Alaska at Winchester Kennels to cover the race preparations and the Iditarod itself, the only person more dismayed than he is Dean Winchester, one of his hosts. Castiel views his assignment as a punishment and is less than impressed by his surly host, and Dean distrusts the sheltered city-born writer who has invaded their home and their lives. But soon, as the Winchesters prepare for their race and Castiel learns about sled dogs and what a musher’s lifestyle is all about, they forget to hate each other and their relationship evolves into something neither of them expected.
