   Summary

   What if Midoriya Izuku turned the opposite way down the street one fateful night?
   What if All-Might made a choice thought to be for the best?
   What if a few familiar faces met Izuku before he entered Yuei?
   What if he found a bat lying around the beach?
   What if being quirkless didn't mean powerless?
   What if he wasn't alone?

   A fun attempt at the story meshing my favorite OPM character, Metal Bat, onto Izuku as he grows in a world not too dissimilar from the canon, but with alterations in details and the laws of which I can explore the 'quirkless Izuku' concept in another manner than usual. Many faces and names from other series of fiction to appear beyond just those tagged, as I'd be doing Hori a disservice not to preserve the shoutouts he gives to his fellow Mangaka over the years and then some.
