In Manhattan's Lower East Side, Jack Harkness supervises a small group of misfit reapers in the External Influence division. Newly dead reaper Rose Tyler is about to find out the hard way that if you don't heal what hurt you that you'll end up bleeding on people who didn't cut you, but also that losing everything is sometimes just the beginning to becoming what you were always meant to be.
