Summary
Alec and Ellie have been best friends since his family had first moved to Broadchurch when they were teenagers. She had gotten pretty good, over the years, at hiding her feelings for him, made all the easier by her fleeing town after her husband's horrible crime.
But when she gets an unexpected call from Alec, begging her to return for his wedding, it will be a lot more difficult to hide those feelings. Especially when his own relationship begins to unravel.
