Chapter 1: Relationship.

Chapter Text

  • Todoroki would not be a big fan of PDA but once you were both home or far from anyone’s stares he would get visibly softer and calmer.
  • He enjoyed cooking meals for you two and was a surprisingly good at it. It was probably because he was taught by his mother when she was still living with them, and after his father sent her to the hospital, Todoroki had taken care of himself way more. His father was rarely at home, and even then, there was no way he would have prepare his children a proper meal, so Todoroki had to learn to cook.
  • He was still seeing this as a part of his boring routine but cooking for someone and not eating alone was oddly relaxing.
  • He was hesitant to bring you to his home, worrying you would meet his father. Todoroki was petrified by the thought of what Endeavor would do or tell you or if it could make you break up. And even if it wouldn’t be anything harsh, Endeavor was the kind of man to use you against Todoroki if he saw a chance.
  • Todoroki was very clear with you about what coming to his house could entail if his father was not in a good mood and was relieved when you understood his concerns and assured him you were prepared for such a confrontation.
  • Other than that, you both enjoyed going out for a late dinner after school. Midoriya and other friends would sometimes join you just to tease you, clearly not seeing that you wanted some time alone.
  • You’d train together on a deserted dump a few blocks from his house on your days off.
  • You’d study together all the time. Again, your friends would often use it as an excuse to join you and learn from you.
  • He’d be very gentle and soft with you, aware of how quickly the mood between people can change because of reckless words.
  • He’d love to give you presents every day, but he was very cautious about them, always thinking each and every one of them through, making sure it was nice enough and something you’d truly enjoy.
  • He’d listen to your words very carefully - so much so that your friends would poke fun at him and how awe-struck he was every time you spoke, but he couldn’t help it.
