   Summary

   It's been five months since District 9 self-destructed. The ex-elders of Kitguli, Uganda have built a new mission in which they "help people out." No one really expected it to last even as long as it has, but as bonds have formed and plans have been shaped, they're finding a new sense of normalcy.
